Carey Velez started his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2014 after 6 years in construction and development.
In 2018 he was one of the founding members of McGraw Multifamily where he was one of the top producers company wide and established himself as one of the most detailed and analytical brokers in the industry.
Prior to joining Legacy, Carey closed over half a billion dollars in multifamily transactions and has worked with some of the top multifamily investment groups both locally and nationally.
His transaction experience includes Value Add, stabilized Core Asset, Portfolio sales, 1031 exchanges and LIHTC properties With an investor centered mindset, Carey aims to provide top level service and advisement to his clients in order to achieve their investment strategies and goals.
