Ben Rucker is an associate at Legacy Commercial Property Advisors and brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and storytelling to his work in commercial real estate.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, he moved to Dallas, focused on his then-career in advertising as a copywriter. During his tenure in Texas, he spent years partnering with business owners to understand the nature of their operations, their goals within their target markets, and the challenges they faced.
It was this work that honed the skills he brings to his work in commercial real estate: understanding the client’s needs, asking questions that ultimately define a clear strategy, and translating it all into a focused plan of action.
Ben exited advertising after several successful years, returning to Tulsa to help grow his family’s private rental property business. This ignited his passion for real estate, and catalyzed the melding of his unique blend of talents toward helping businesses find the perfect home for their operations.
Ben is proud to serve the greater Tulsa business community, where he's quickly built a reputation for his tenacity, responsiveness, and a laser-like focus on his clients' success.
When he’s not in the office, Ben stays active with regular hiking, kayaking, and golfing outings and enjoys sharpening his cooking skills in his spare time.
