About Grayson

Grayson Berryhill specializes in commercial retail properties and development land. He joined Legacy Commercial Property Advisors after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Finance and is currently in his second year of commercial real estate brokerage.

His brokerage experience includes retail sales and leasing, land development and shop space leasing. Grayson also brings a background in commercial construction, giving him valuable insight into the development process and the practical considerations involved in commercial real estate projects. He works with property owners, tenants, developers and investors throughout the Tulsa market.

Grayson takes an analytical, client-focused approach to evaluating opportunities and navigating commercial real estate transactions, from site selection and development through leasing and disposition.

Outside of brokerage, Grayson enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of the outdoors throughout Oklahoma.
