As a Partner for One Property Management, Tracy assists in the management of approximately 1,000,000 square feet, and is responsible for accounting administration, financial reporting, employee relations, compensation, and benefit administration.
Career Highlights
When Tracy started her Real Estate career in 2006, she served in an executive position to oversee the formation of a property management company that transitioned 50 employees from 6 management companies into a single entity in a one-month time frame. In addition to having a comprehensive background in the real estate industry, Tracy has over 30 years’ experience in many industries including Human Resources, administrative management, health insurance, and customer service. Previous employers include Kanbar Property Management, Saint Francis Heart Hospital, Gateway Foundation, and TNT Staff Pro.
Tracy has extensive experience in policy and procedure development, implementation, and maintenance. She has a solid understanding and knowledge of all related employee benefits including payroll, medical insurance, and 401(k). She has been involved in the development of benefit programs brochures, employee handbooks, safety and security manuals and procedures and various other forms. She has also conducted job analysis and marketing studies.
