Successful Industrial Property Sale to National Center for Addiction Studies and Treatment (NCAST)
11351 E 36th St, Tulsa, OK 74116
Legacy Commercial Property Advisors is excited to announce the sale of 11351 E 36th Street North in Tulsa, a 44,284 SF industrial property set across 13.59 acres. Formerly home to Southwest Stone Inc., the site includes two buildings and sits within one of Tulsa’s fastest-growing industrial and distribution hubs.
Our own Addison Walton, with support from Jonathan Cowan and Lisa Brandes, worked closely with the buyer and seller to create a smooth path to closing.
The new owner, the NCAST Foundation (National Center for Addiction Studies and Treatment), joins established neighbors such as QuikTrip’s distribution campus, Warren CAT, and Amazon, further accelerating the growth of this highly in-demand region of Tulsa.
We are honored to have had the privilege to support both sides of this transaction, and we look forward to seeing NCAST put this site to work for the good of Oklahomans throughout the state.
No matter the scope or scale of your needs, if you are preparing for your next industrial purchase, sale, or investment, our team is ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work for you.
