Legacy Commercial Property Advisors has won the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year

Legacy Commercial Property Advisors is proud to announce that our team has been honored with the 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Lease of the Year in Tulsa.

This recognition celebrates the work of Lisa Brandes, David Looney, and William P. Beichler on behalf of the City of Tulsa for the 41,300 SF office space lease to SIXT Rent a Car, LLC at One Technology Center in downtown Tulsa.

The CoStar Impact Awards recognize commercial real estate transactions and projects that have significantly transformed their local markets over the past year. Winners are selected by independent panels of industry professionals who work within the markets they judge.
