Top Office Leasing Deal – Central Business District Submarket

In one of the largest office leases of the quarter, Mid-Continent Group leased 48,156 SF in Tulsa’s Central Business District at the One Technology Center. Lisa Brandes, William Beichler, and David Looney represented the landlord, working to secure a long-term tenant for this beautiful downtown office space.

Top Retail Leasing Deal – Midtown Tulsa Submarket

Pet Supplies Plus is expanding into Midtown Tulsa with a 6,400 SF lease. Sam Mitchell and Ben Ganzkow of Legacy Commercial Property Advisors represented the tenant, while Linda Schafer of Venture Properties represented the landlord. This location will allow Pet Supplies Plus to tap into one of the city’s high-traffic retail corridors while serving a growing customer base.

Top Sales Deal – East Tulsa Submarket

Our longtime clients, the City of Tulsa, purchased the 300,000 SF former State Farm Insurance building for $25.5 million. Lisa Brandes, David Looney, and William Beichler represented the city, which will support Tulsa’s continued investment in. As the City of Tulsa’s exclusive real estate advisor since 2022, we've had the privilege of working on projects across 3,000+ municipal sites, from parks to government offices, ensuring every acquisition supports their goals.
