Former Hiland Dairy Foods property at 215 N Denver Avenue & 215 W Reconciliation Way in Tulsa, Oklahoma

The acquisition included two industrial buildings totaling nearly 70,000 SF: 43,738 SF at 215 N Denver Avenue and 25,640 SF at 215 W Reconciliation Way. Securing these buildings for our client allowed them to own a piece of Tulsa's industrial history in one of the city's most exciting redevelopment centers.
