Legacy Launches One Legacy Property Management in Strategic Joint Venture

Legacy Commercial Property Advisors is proud to announce the launch of One Legacy Property Management, LLC, a new joint venture between our firm and Tulsa-based One Property Management (OPM).

This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for our property management services. By combining Legacy’s full-service brokerage expertise with One Property Management’s deep operational experience, One Legacy Property Management is uniquely positioned to deliver high-performance management solutions for commercial property owners and investors across Oklahoma.

The joint venture is led by our very own Jonathan Cowan and OPM’s David Atkinson, who now serves as Director of Property Management. Tracy Garrett, also from OPM, joins the leadership team as Assistant Property Manager & Accountant, bringing additional financial and operational strength to the day-to-day management of our client properties.
