for the Olympia Professional Building in Tulsa, OK.

We are proud to announce that Legacy Commercial Property Advisors and One Legacy Property Management (OLPM) have been awarded the exclusive leasing and management contract for the Olympia Professional Building.

Located at 6802 S. Olympia Avenue in southwest Tulsa, this multi-tenant medical building sits in a high-demand location adjacent to the Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital and serves a wide array of established healthcare providers.

This collaboration came to fruition thanks to Lisa Brandes’ and Jessica Reese’s advisory services and new relationship with the ownership at Dormie Capital Partners.
