We're proud to announce another win for our client, the City of Tulsa!

Representing the city, our very own William Beichler, Lisa Brandes, and David Looney successfully brokered the acquisition of the former State Farm Insurance building, unifying all of the city's emergency services under one roof.

This 300,000-square-foot facility, purchased for $25 million, will serve as the new headquarters for Tulsa's police, fire, emergency management, and real-time information units. Strategically located along the Broken Arrow Expressway, the property's prime location and ample space offer room for future expansion, ensuring the city's emergency teams have the resources to adapt and grow.

G. T. Bynum, Former Mayor of Tulsa

“Having all of those public safety functions in that site will create great efficiencies and better collaboration than having all of those functions spread around town...”

— G. T. Bynum, Former Mayor of Tulsa

As the city's exclusive real estate advisor since 2022, we've had the privilege of working on projects across 3,000+ municipal sites, from parks to government offices, ensuring every acquisition supports Tulsa's ambitious goals.

As we celebrate this successful transaction, we're again honored to serve the city, its leadership, and its vision for Tulsa as a model of public safety logistics. This centralized logistical hub is a testament to the city's dedication to keeping public services running smoothly and its people safe.

We look forward to seeing the city's emergency service teams thrive in their new headquarters and to continuing our partnership with Tulsa as they work to build a safer, stronger community for everyone who calls it home.
