We are honored to announce that One Legacy Property Management (OLPM) has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for one of Tulsa’s most iconic buildings: International Plaza.

This partnership was spearheaded by Lisa Brandes of Legacy Commercial Property Advisors, whose long-standing relationship with the ownership group and deep understanding of their goals led to OLPM being selected for property management and Legacy being granted the exclusive leasing assignment for the tower’s premium office suites.

Located at 1350 S. Boulder Ave. in Tulsa’s Cathedral District, International Plaza is a masterpiece of Mid-Century Modern design. Originally commissioned as the Warren Petroleum headquarters in 1957, the 12-story tower was designed by the world-renowned architects at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). With its striking full-height windows and unique column-free perimeter -- offering breathtaking views of the Tulsa skyline -- it remains one of the most coveted business addresses in all of downtown.

This management assignment marks a pivotal moment for OLPM. Launched as a strategic joint venture between Legacy Commercial Property Advisors and Tulsa-based One Property Management, the firm was built to provide best-in-class property management solutions by combining our firms’ decades of commercial real estate expertise and hands-on operational experience.
