About David
David Looney is a Principal at Legacy Commercial Property Advisors with the primary focus in industrial tenant and landlord representation, leasing, investment, disposition, acquisitions, and development in Tulsa and NE Oklahoma.
With almost 28 years of commercial real estate experience, he has the market knowledge, industrial relationships, and solid reputation to service his clients.
He leases and manages over 175,000 sf of industrial & flex service center properties in Tulsa and additionally handles leasing of another 1,200,000 sf of industrial and office properties.
During his career, he has been involved in build-to-suit projects, in addition to the turnkey build-outs for most of his tenants.
David has served in a variety of leadership roles with OKCCIM Chapter and the Comm Realtors for GTAR.
His father Ron, sister Gina, and David own BLR Properties I, LLC along with Tri-Angle Development II, LLC, a general contractor who has built approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. over 50 years.
David is married to Jill and they have 6 children and attend LifeChurch Jenks. He is involved with Hope Is Alive and 94X ministries. He is also a Sigma Chi.
