About Jordan
Jordan Helmerich is a licensed attorney and real estate broker for the state of Oklahoma. Bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate experience across multiple markets to the Legacy team, Mr. Helmerich’s focus has always been on excellent service and sustained relationships with business partners and clients.
A graduate of Northwestern University in Illinois, Mr. Helmerich also attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law (including a semester abroad in England at Oxford’s Brasenose College of Law). A recipient of the Tulsa Business “40 Under 40” in 2014, Mr. Helmerich is well versed in Landlord/Tenant representation for both sales and leasing, real estate investment, 1031 exchanges, transaction structuring and property management.
Mr. Helmerich has been involved in a number of civic organizations and projects over the years, including fundraising for Habitat for Humanity for decades (alongside over six years of board membership). He is also a current and active member of the Tulsa City and County Library Trust Board (serving as Secretary) and an active board member for Triad Bank and the Tulsa Zoo. Jordan resides in Tulsa with his wife Lindsey & their 4 children.
