150 Acres Secured for Spartan Creek Retail Development in Bixby, OK

Representing the buyer, OakTrust Development, LLC, Legacy’s own Ben Ganzkow successfully brokered the deal alongside Nora Gordon of Onyx Realty Group who represented the seller.

This highly-visible property, located just west of the northwest corner of the intersection, marks a major milestone for the Bixby market, setting the stage for a transformative mixed-use retail destination: Spartan Creek, a grocery-anchored shopping center offering over 6.5mil SF of land for future restaurants, shopping, and entertainment destinations.

With 19,000+ vehicles per day along 151st, which connects Bixby to Glenpool and draws strong traffic from both residential areas and commercial hubs, Spartan Creek offers the essential components for sustained retail success in one of the metro’s fastest-growing suburbs.

Closely neighbored to an impressive lineup of major retail and restaurant brands such as QuikTrip, Walgreens, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, Arby’s, AT&T, Sutherlands, and Dollar General, Spartan Creek will feature multiple pad sites ranging from 1 to 2 acres, and a ±60,000 SF regional grocery store to anchor the project in Q1 2025.
