Representing the City of Tulsa, our very own Lisa Brandes, William P. Beichler, and David Looney secured this transaction with Mid-Continent Group, securing this strategic lease in one of Tulsa’s most prominent office towers. CBRE represented the tenant in this transaction.

One Technology Center is a 15-story, 700,000-square-foot, Class-A office building located in the heart of Tulsa’s central business district. Originally developed as the headquarters for Williams Communications, the building was acquired in 2007 by the Tulsa Public Facilities Authority (TPFA), acting as a public trust for the City of Tulsa.

Designed as a state-of-the-art office environment, One Technology Center is fully wired, internet-ready, and video-capable. The property offers fully furnished workspaces, modular workstations, furnished conference rooms on each 48,000-square-foot floorplate, and key amenities:

  • Internet cafés and collaboration spaces on each floor

  • Various meeting rooms, an Executive Briefing Center, and a 10th-floor Conference Center

  • Structured parking garage with skybridge access

  • Floor-to-ceiling glass providing 360-degree views of downtown Tulsa
