Successful Lease to SIXT Rent a Car, LLC on Behalf of City of Tulsa

Legacy Commercial Property Advisors is pleased to announce the successful lease of 41,300 square feet at One Technology Center in downtown Tulsa.

Representing the City of Tulsa, brokers Lisa Brandes, William P. Beichler, and David Looney successfully negotiated this lease with SIXT Rent a Car, LLC, securing a strategic expansion for the international car rental and mobility services company.

SIXT’s new Tulsa office will initially employ 70 people in its first year, with plans to expand to 200 employees within five years. This office will serve as a critical hub for the company’s North American operations, complementing its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and supporting essential business functions.

This lease marks the second major lease transaction within One Technology Center in the past 60 days, bringing the total leased space in the building to 88,456 square feet during this time period.

About One Technology Center

One Technology Center is a 15-story, 700,000-square-foot, Class-A office building in the heart of Tulsa’s central business district. Originally developed as the headquarters for Williams Communications, the building was acquired in 2007 by the Tulsa Public Facilities Authority (TPFA) and now serves as Tulsa City Hall.
